Last Tuesday, Dave and I got out for some good turns and some bad ones. It was a good time nonetheless though.
Approaching Treeline
Rime Ice built up from the 40+ mph winds the night before. Bad snow, good pics.

Any day in the mountains is better than a day not in the mountains. Proof.

Here is me doing my best to be ready for the xgames look in town. I don't think I was successful.

Curious Dogs. Ready to get their ski on I believe.
Dave skis with a rugged 13er in the background.

My Turn. Skiing was scenic here, but caution was necessary for the breakable conditions.
The snow conditions were a mixed bag. This was a good section.

Lower we go the better the snow.
Dave pulls it up short before sending it off a blind cliff.

Dogs were too tired to run behind the sled...so...They got packed up.
Colorado is to the point where we need some snow right now though. I just hope it happens soon!
