Making the Most of the Heat

A few weeks ago as we were driving back from Alaska and our Denali expedition, I was really dreading the heat that I knew we would encounter upon arriving back in CO. ┬áIt’s hard to talk about advantages to heat when I love the snow and the mountains so much, but I guess I’ve gotten motivated to go out on a few outings, and thus…here are some pictures.

Climbing towards the end of the day makes for walking out to the truck in the dark, but you can't beat enjoying a couple of cold ones down in the natural hot springs.
